LAB4's internal data protection framework, outlined in OC 11, states that only essential personal data should be collected, used solely for its stated purpose, and protected with security measures to prevent unauthorized access or loss. Data subjects have the right to access, correct, or delete their data and receive a privacy notice explaining how their data is processed. LAB4 does not share data with third parties unless necessary for stated purposes or in exceptional circumstances, like official investigations or for the organization's legal defense.
